Modern Germany carries October 3, 1990 as its present national identity date, when East Germany joined the Federal Republic and Germany became one unified state again. The date gives Germany 5 energy, Horse energy, and Libra influence. Horse is the 7th Eastern sign and Libra is the 7th Western sign, creating a repeated 7 structure around the Germany recognized today.
But Germany carried a different imprint before reunification. The Federal Republic of Germany was established through its Basic Law on May 23, 1949, under Ox energy. That constitutional system remained in place after 1990, but reunification expanded it across the former East German states and created a new all German identity. Germany therefore did not erase its Ox history. It evolved from a West German Ox layer into the modern unified Horse imprint.
The Horse timing later repeated in 2002, when euro cash entered circulation and Germany moved deeper into European economic integration. CUE: Germany is a useful example of how an entity’s imprint can change when its legal and political identity fundamentally changes. 1949 Ox belongs to the Federal Republic before reunification. October 3, 1990 created the present Horse Germany, while preserving much of the earlier constitutional framework underneath it. When studying Germany today, CUE should use the 1990 Horse imprint, while the 1949 Ox remains an important historical layer for understanding what came before.
