CUE Lifetime Membership Terms

Company: ASTRUMEROLOGY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company
Version: 3.0
Effective Date: September 7, 2026
Applies To:

Agreement and priority

These CUE Lifetime Membership Terms supplement the CUE Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Fulfillment Policy, Cancellation Policy, Garry AI Product Terms when applicable, community rules, and any specific terms presented for a restricted benefit. By purchasing, accepting, accessing, or using Lifetime Membership or restricted Lifetime benefits, you agree to these Terms and the incorporated CUE agreements.

If these Terms conflict with the general CUE Terms on a matter specifically concerning Lifetime Membership, Lifetime core access, or a restricted Lifetime benefit, these Terms control that matter. A stricter specific notice may control a particular restricted feature. Nothing in these Terms limits a nonwaivable consumer right.

1. Who these Terms cover

1.1 These Terms apply to every Lifetime Member and every person who receives or accesses Lifetime content, restricted CUE spaces, private calls, private tools, beta features, private artificial intelligence systems, private community areas, or CUE Confidential Information through a Lifetime Member or Lifetime benefit.

1.2 Lifetime Membership is personal to the purchasing account holder. It may not be sold, assigned, transferred, sublicensed, shared, inherited, rented, or used by another person unless CUE expressly authorizes the arrangement in writing.

1.3 These Terms do not restrict lawful use of public information or independently developed knowledge that does not use CUE Confidential Information, restricted access, private member information, or CUE intellectual property.

2. New sales ending December 28, 2026

2.1 New sales of CUE Lifetime Membership are scheduled to end on December 28, 2026. CUE may stop sales earlier or change offer availability before purchase, subject to applicable law.

2.2 Ending new sales does not by itself terminate a valid existing Lifetime Membership. Existing access remains governed by the entitlement scope, commercial life limitation, account requirements, and other provisions in these Terms.

2.3 After new sales end, CUE is not required to reopen Lifetime Membership, offer the same price, accept a late purchase, restore a cancelled transaction, or provide another opportunity to qualify.

3. What Lifetime means

3.1 Lifetime Membership means eligible access to the original Lifetime core features for the commercial life of the eligible CUE platform while that platform remains active, supported, and commercially available.

3.2 Lifetime refers to the commercial life of the eligible CUE service, not the lifetime of the Member. It is not a promise that CUE, a particular application, every operating system version, or any specific technology will exist or remain supported forever.

3.3 If the eligible CUE platform is discontinued, sold, materially restructured, replaced, or can no longer be sustainably maintained, Lifetime core access may end when the eligible service ends. Where practical, CUE may provide migration, notice, or another accommodation, but no particular accommodation is guaranteed unless required by law.

4. Guaranteed original core features

4.1 The original Lifetime core features are the CUE Calculator, CUE Calendar, and Search or Explore of the CUE database, as those core functions may reasonably evolve in interface, presentation, implementation, naming, and technology.

4.2 The entitlement is access to the core function, not a permanent right to every screen, design, data field, interpretation, report format, content item, algorithm version, provider, device, website, or application build that has ever existed.

4.3 Core access remains subject to account security, supported technology, lawful use, reasonable maintenance, outages, legal requirements, platform rules, and enforcement of the CUE Terms. CUE may modify implementation while preserving the eligible core function.

5. Features not included for life

5.1 Lifetime Membership does not include permanent or unlimited access to CUEchats, Garry AI, voice or call usage, premium models, artificial intelligence processing, Community Spaces, private calls, events, beta features, future applications, future products, future premium features, third party services, or any feature with material recurring provider cost unless the written Lifetime offer expressly includes it as a guaranteed core feature.

5.2 A feature displayed to a Lifetime Member, made available at launch, offered for an extended period, or described as a perk does not become a permanent core entitlement unless CUE expressly identifies it in writing as included for life.

5.3 CUE may sell new products, subscriptions, credits, content, services, applications, or premium features separately to Lifetime Members. Lifetime status does not create a right to receive every future CUE offering without additional payment.

6. Added benefits

6.1 CUE may provide Lifetime Members with added benefits such as Full Number Compatibility, badges, early access, discounts, private calls, community spaces, beta features, artificial intelligence credits, prompts, reports, events, or member experiences.

6.2 Added benefits are not original Lifetime core features. CUE may change, limit, replace, pause, condition, or discontinue an added benefit based on confidentiality, cost, capacity, product direction, provider availability, safety, security, law, or member conduct.

6.3 CUE may require separate eligibility, verification, confidentiality terms, feature rules, payment, or acceptance before granting an added benefit. Declining or violating specific added benefit terms may prevent or end access to that benefit without ending eligible core access, unless the conduct also supports broader account action under the CUE Terms.

7. Full Number Compatibility

7.1 Full Number Compatibility is a confidential added benefit for eligible Lifetime Members. It is not one of the original Lifetime core features and is not guaranteed for the commercial life of CUE.

7.2 Access is conditional on acceptance of these Terms and any stricter feature notice. The compatibility logic, scoring, weights, results, explanations, screenshots, interfaces, source materials, research, workflows, and related methods are confidential and proprietary.

7.3 A Member may use Full Number Compatibility only for private personal use inside approved CUE experiences. A Member may not copy, screenshot, record, publish, teach, reverse engineer, scrape, reconstruct, compare systematically, benchmark, create a dataset from, use for artificial intelligence training, or use it to build or support another product or service.

7.4 CUE may suspend or revoke Full Number Compatibility for refusal of applicable terms, suspected leakage, capture, extraction, competitor use, account sharing, or another material violation. Such action does not automatically create a refund or terminate an otherwise valid core entitlement.

8. Artificial intelligence access and credits

8.1 Artificial intelligence is not included for life. CUE may give Lifetime Members a limited, promotional, discounted, or recurring artificial intelligence credit allocation, but CUE may change, reduce, replace, pause, or discontinue that allocation.

8.2 Credits provide cost based processing, not a fixed number of messages. Consumption may vary by model, provider pricing, input size, output size, conversation context, reasoning effort, voice duration, tools, retrieval, media, premium features, and other computing resources.

8.3 Different requests may consume different credit amounts. CUE may prospectively adjust allocations, consumption rates, included models, costs, limits, expiration, and redemption rules as product and provider costs change, subject to required notice and applicable law.

8.4 Artificial intelligence access is also subject to fair use, rate, concurrency, capacity, safety, security, anti abuse, and provider controls. Unused credits do not guarantee unlimited speed, simultaneous processing, or access that threatens service stability. Exhausted credits may stop processing even when use otherwise satisfies fair use.

8.5 Garry AI is a separate premium experience and is not included with Lifetime Membership unless a specific written offer expressly states otherwise. The Garry AI Product Terms apply whenever a Lifetime Member accesses Garry AI.

9. Payment and refunds

9.1 Lifetime Membership is ordinarily a one time digital purchase and does not automatically renew unless the checkout screen expressly states otherwise. The price, taxes, included benefits, and purchase channel shown at checkout control the transaction.

9.2 Lifetime Membership is generally nonrefundable after meaningful use, except where required by law, the applicable marketplace, or a written offer. Meaningful use may include use of a core feature, Full Number Compatibility, a restricted benefit, paid content, artificial intelligence processing, private material, or another substantial digital benefit.

9.3 Apple and Google purchases follow the applicable marketplace refund process. Eligible website requests are reviewed under the CUE Fulfillment Policy. A refund, chargeback, reversal, invalid transaction, or fraud determination may remove the corresponding Lifetime entitlement and related benefits to the extent permitted by law.

9.4 A Member may not retain both reimbursement and the Lifetime entitlement. CUE may preserve and provide relevant transaction, access, usage, communication, and fraud prevention records to a payment provider or marketplace when responding to a dispute.

10. Definitions

10.1 Restricted CUE Spaces means private or member only areas controlled by CUE, including Lifetime areas, private community channels, beta areas, private calls, private tools, private artificial intelligence features, private web areas, files, links, and any area marked private, confidential, internal, restricted, beta, member only, Lifetime only, or not for sharing.

10.2 CUE Confidential Information means nonpublic, restricted, unreleased, proprietary, sensitive, commercially valuable, or private information disclosed by CUE or learned through restricted access. It includes product plans, research, methods, prompts, workflows, datasets, compatibility logic, scoring, app previews, private calls, restricted teachings, member discussions, business information, and material marked with a similar confidentiality label.

10.3 Private Member Information means a member’s identity, username, profile, birth information, compatibility information, questions, comments, stories, messages, voice, image, likeness, membership status, or other personal information learned inside a Restricted CUE Space.

10.4 Scraping includes automated or systematic manual collection, capture, export, copying, downloading, organizing, extraction, transcription, testing, querying, or reproduction of CUE content, data, prompts, outputs, screenshots, interfaces, or member information.

10.5 Competing or Similar Product means an application, website, community, course, calculator, artificial intelligence tool, chatbot, dataset, subscription, research platform, content product, or commercial service that uses CUE Confidential Information or restricted CUE material to provide numerology, astrology, compatibility, timing, readings, metaphysical guidance, or a related capability.

11. Confidentiality and permitted use

11.1 A Member must keep CUE Confidential Information and Private Member Information confidential, protect it with reasonable care, and use it only for private personal participation inside approved CUE experiences.

11.2 A Member may make limited private personal notes only when the notes are not shared, published, uploaded to an outside service, used for artificial intelligence training, organized into a dataset, used commercially, or used to reconstruct CUE methods or build another product.

11.3 Confidentiality does not apply to information the Member can document was lawfully public without breach, lawfully known without a duty of confidentiality, received lawfully from a source authorized to disclose it, or independently developed without use of CUE Confidential Information.

11.4 If law or valid legal process requires disclosure, the Member must, where legally permitted, give CUE prompt notice and reasonable assistance so CUE may seek protection. The Member may disclose only what is legally required.

12. No capture, disclosure, or distribution

12.1 Without prior written permission from CUE, a Member may not screenshot, screen record, photograph, record, externally transcribe, stream, mirror, copy, quote, summarize for distribution, upload, forward, publish, display, teach, sell, license, distribute, or otherwise disclose restricted Lifetime content, private calls, private tools, private artificial intelligence systems, beta features, app previews, Full Number Compatibility, private files, links, discussions, or member information.

12.2 The restriction applies to public and private social networks, video platforms, community servers, group chats, newsletters, websites, forums, paid groups, temporary posts, stories, disappearing messages, close friends posts, livestreams, reposts, links, and every other outside channel.

12.3 CUE may block, obscure, detect, watermark, log, or respond to attempted capture or distribution. A contractual restriction applies even if a technical control is unavailable, bypassed, or imperfect.

13. No extraction, artificial intelligence training, or competitive misuse

13.1 A Member may not copy, scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, decompile, extract, reconstruct, benchmark, bulk query, archive, mirror, reproduce, or create structured records from restricted CUE content, systems, datasets, prompts, outputs, methods, logic, interfaces, screenshots, or member information.

13.2 A Member may not use CUE Confidential Information or restricted material to train, fine tune, evaluate, improve, prompt, populate, test, benchmark, or operate another artificial intelligence model, chatbot, dataset, search system, recommendation system, calculator, or automated tool.

13.3 A Member may not use restricted access or CUE Confidential Information to create, improve, fund, advise, market, support, or operate a Competing or Similar Product, or to teach, sell, license, monetize, or commercially exploit CUE methods or material.

13.4 A Member may not use bots, scripts, automated agents, screen capture tools, data extraction systems, or systematic manual methods to collect or test restricted material, or bypass access controls, paywalls, roles, limits, security, capture controls, or permissions.

13.5 These restrictions do not prohibit lawful independent creation that does not use CUE Confidential Information, restricted access, CUE intellectual property, Private Member Information, or a breach of another duty.

14. Private calls and member privacy

14.1 Private calls, Sunday calls, workshops, voice rooms, streams, screen shares, and private member discussions are confidential unless CUE clearly states otherwise.

14.2 A Member may not record, capture, transcribe, quote, publish, distribute, summarize for distribution, identify attendees, reveal questions, or disclose tools, teachings, discussions, or personal information from a private session without written permission from CUE and every consent required by law.

14.3 CUE may provide an official recording, summary, or clip subject to stated rules. CUE may record a session for internal, educational, moderation, legal, archival, or member access purposes only with the notice and consent required by law and platform rules.

14.4 A Member may not use Private Member Information for sales, recruiting, promotion, research, content creation, harassment, solicitation, personal gain, outside analysis, or another purpose unrelated to consensual CUE participation.

15. Community conduct and prohibited activity

15.1 A Member must act lawfully, respectfully, and in good faith, follow reasonable moderator instructions, and protect community trust. Harassment, threats, hate, scams, spam, impersonation, disruption, malware, phishing, illegal files, illegal activity, unwanted solicitation, poaching, and false affiliation are prohibited.

15.2 A Member may not use CUE spaces or Private Member Information to recruit people into competing paid communities, send unwanted commercial messages, promote illegal gambling or fraud, distribute harmful files, or repeatedly promote outside products in a disruptive, misleading, or exploitative manner.

15.3 A Member may not claim to be a CUE employee, reader, moderator, consultant, partner, certified expert, GG33 representative, or authorized spokesperson without current written authorization. Permission for one activity does not create general affiliation and may be withdrawn according to its terms.

16. Ownership and feedback

16.1 CUE and its licensors retain every right in CUE, its brands, software, designs, databases, research, compatibility logic, scoring, methods, prompts, workflows, artificial intelligence systems, datasets, teaching frameworks, app concepts, interfaces, screenshots, content, recordings, documents, strategy, improvements, and other intellectual property.

16.2 Lifetime Membership grants a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access eligible features and benefits under these Terms. It grants no ownership, resale, distribution, teaching, licensing, copying, commercial use, source access, or derivative work right.

16.3 If a Member voluntarily submits feedback, corrections, suggestions, ideas, or feature requests, CUE may use them without compensation, credit, ownership, equity, royalty, or approval obligation. Personal information remains governed by the Privacy Policy.

17. Monitoring and protection measures

17.1 CUE may use automated and authorized human review tools to detect fraud, account sharing, malicious automation, scraping, capture, extraction, unusual querying, access circumvention, confidentiality violations, payment misconduct, and other misuse.

17.2 CUE may remove content, warn, throttle, restrict, suspend, revoke an added benefit, remove a Member from a private space, suspend an account, preserve evidence, send legal notices, request platform takedowns, or pursue legal action when reasonably necessary to protect CUE, its licensors, members, systems, confidential information, intellectual property, or community.

17.3 Serious conduct may support immediate action without advance warning where permitted. Serious conduct includes leaks, unauthorized recording, scraping, artificial intelligence training, competitor misuse, member identification, fraud, malware, threats, harassment, impersonation, or deliberate circumvention.

17.4 Enforcement may apply to reasonably connected accounts, devices, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, networks, and identifiers. CUE is not required to disclose confidential detection methods, internal thresholds, evidence, or security procedures except where law requires disclosure.

18. Suspension, termination, and effect on access

18.1 CUE may restrict or revoke an added benefit or Restricted CUE Space if a Member declines applicable terms, loses eligibility, or violates the rules governing that benefit or space.

18.2 CUE may suspend or terminate the broader account and Lifetime core access for a material breach of the CUE Terms, fraud, chargeback, account sharing, unlawful activity, security abuse, intellectual property theft, serious confidentiality breach, or conduct that materially harms CUE or its users, to the extent permitted by law.

18.3 An access restriction, suspension, or termination for breach does not automatically create a refund. Refund and transaction rights are governed by the CUE Terms, Fulfillment Policy, purchase channel, checkout terms, and applicable law.

18.4 Deleting the CUE application does not delete the account. Deleting the CUE account ends access associated with that account and is not a refund event. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active Apple, Google, Stripe, or other subscription.

19. Evidence, remedies, and injunctive relief

19.1 CUE may preserve acceptance records, account and membership records, access logs, relevant messages, timestamps, role history, call attendance, capture events, transaction records, device and network signals, and other evidence reasonably necessary for security, investigation, enforcement, legal claims, or valid legal process, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

19.2 Unauthorized use or disclosure may cause competitive, financial, reputational, operational, community, privacy, trade secret, and intellectual property harm that may not be fully repairable by money alone. CUE and its licensors may seek temporary, preliminary, or permanent injunctive or equitable relief where legally available.

19.3 CUE and its licensors may seek actual damages, lost profits, unjust enrichment, statutory damages, attorney fees and costs where authorized, takedowns, preservation orders, account remedies, and every other available legal or equitable remedy. These Terms do not create a predetermined damages amount.

20. Privacy and artificial intelligence processing

20.1 CUE processes account, membership, access, purchase, credit, device, usage, security, acceptance, community, saved conversation, and other information as described in the CUE Privacy Policy.

20.2 OpenAI, OpenRouter, and approved routed model providers may process information needed to provide requested artificial intelligence features. These providers are not permitted to use CUE conversation data to train their general models.

20.3 Raw voice audio submitted to a CUE voice feature is deleted after processing. CUE does not create or retain a transcript or chat history from a voice session. Selected saved text conversations may be reviewed only by authorized CUE developers and personnel for support, troubleshooting, safety, quality evaluation, and improvement of the CUE user experience.

20.4 Privacy requests and account deletion assistance may be submitted as described in the Privacy Policy. Confidentiality duties do not prevent a Member from exercising a legal privacy right, reporting unlawful conduct to an authority, consulting counsel, or making a disclosure protected by law.

21. Electronic acceptance

21.1 CUE may require acceptance when an account is created, when the application opens after an update, or before access to Lifetime content, Full Number Compatibility, private calls, beta features, private tools, private artificial intelligence systems, or another restricted benefit.

21.2 Selecting I Agree, checking an acceptance box, or accessing restricted content after accepting the applicable version forms an electronic agreement. No handwritten signature or typed legal name is required.

21.3 CUE may use the agreement version, timestamp, account identifier, email, application identifier, access records, membership records, and device or network information lawfully collected to document acceptance and receipt of restricted material.

21.4 If a Member does not agree to an updated restriction governing an added benefit, CUE may remove access to that benefit. Any effect on guaranteed core access will be governed by the original purchase terms, the CUE Terms, applicable law, and whether the Member’s conduct independently justifies broader action.

22. Age and authority

22.1 A person must be at least thirteen to use CUE. A person under the age of legal majority may accept these Terms or access restricted Lifetime features only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility under the CUE Terms.

22.2 A person accepting for an organization or another account holder represents that they have legal authority to bind that person or organization. CUE may require verification and may restrict access when authority or eligibility cannot be confirmed.

23. Duration and survival

23.1 Confidentiality, nonuse, member privacy, intellectual property, no artificial intelligence training, no competitive misuse, evidence, remedies, payment responsibility, dispute, and other provisions that by their nature should survive continue after refund, chargeback, cancellation, removal, account deletion, role loss, community departure, or termination.

23.2 Confidentiality and nonuse obligations continue for as long as the information remains nonpublic, confidential, proprietary, commercially sensitive, a trade secret, or otherwise protected by law. Trade secret duties continue for as long as the information qualifies for protection.

24. Governing terms and disputes

24.1 The CUE Terms of Service are incorporated into these Terms. Their provisions concerning governing law, arbitration, arbitration opt out, class action waiver, claim timing, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, regional consumer rights, and general legal terms apply here.

24.2 Nothing prevents CUE or its licensors from seeking temporary or emergency injunctive relief in a court with lawful jurisdiction to protect confidential information, intellectual property, systems, member privacy, or security, as permitted by the CUE Terms and applicable law.

25. Changes, severability, and waiver

25.1 CUE may update these Terms as products, benefits, risks, costs, laws, and platform rules change. Material updates will receive reasonable notice, and CUE may require acceptance before continued access to affected restricted benefits.

25.2 A change will not remove a nonwaivable consumer right. An invalid provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in effect.

25.3 Failure to enforce is not a waiver. A waiver must be authorized in writing. A separate agreement signed by CUE controls only its specific subject.
