CUE Fulfillment Policy

For CUE, CUE Plus, CUEchats, Garry AI, Lifetime Membership, and related digital services

Version
3.0
Effective date
September 7, 2026
Provider
ASTRUMEROLOGY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company
IMPORTANT PURCHASE SUMMARY: CUE provides digital services only. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Deleting the application or your CUE account does not cancel an Apple, Google, or Stripe subscription. AI access is governed by credits and variable processing cost, not a guaranteed number of messages. Refund rights depend on the purchase channel, applicable law, and the circumstances described below.

About this Policy

This Fulfillment Policy explains how ASTRUMEROLOGY LLC, doing business as CUE, delivers digital products and services, administers subscriptions and credits, and reviews cancellations, refunds, and access issues. It applies to purchases involving CUE, CUE Plus, CUEchats, Garry AI, Lifetime Membership, websites, mobile applications, and other official CUE purchase channels.

This Policy forms part of the CUE Terms of Service and should be read with the Privacy Policy and the plan, offer, or checkout disclosure presented at purchase. If a specific checkout term conflicts with this Policy, the specific checkout term controls that purchase to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Policy limits a nonwaivable consumer right.

1. Digital services and delivery

1.1 CUE provides digital services only. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping carrier, tracking number, or physical delivery confirmation applies.

1.2 Eligible access is delivered to the CUE account associated with the purchase after payment authorization, receipt validation, and any required eligibility check. Access usually begins promptly after login, but processing by an application marketplace, payment provider, network, or authentication service may cause a delay.

1.3 The purchaser is responsible for using the correct account and purchase credentials. A purchase made with one email address or marketplace account may not appear under another account until CUE verifies the purchase and, where available, corrects the entitlement.

2. Plans, offers, and entitlements

2.1 CUE may offer free access, CUE Plus weekly, monthly, semiannual, or annual subscriptions, Lifetime Membership, Garry AI access, AI credit packages, trials, promotions, and other digital plans. Availability may vary by channel, region, device, eligibility, and time.

2.2 The name, price, billing period, renewal terms, included features, credit allocation, trial terms, and other material terms shown at checkout control the purchase. Descriptions outside the official checkout flow are informational unless expressly incorporated into the offer.

2.3 A membership provides only the features and entitlements expressly included in its plan. CUEchats, Garry AI, voice features, premium models, credits, and other artificial intelligence services are not included unless the applicable plan or offer expressly says they are included.

2.4 CUE may reasonably modify or discontinue features, models, interfaces, providers, limits, and methods of delivery as the Services evolve. CUE will provide notice and any remedy required by applicable law when a change materially affects a paid entitlement during its current paid term.

3. Subscription renewal and pricing

3.1 A paid subscription renews automatically at the interval disclosed at checkout until it is cancelled. The applicable purchase channel charges the payment method on file at the beginning of each renewal period.

3.2 Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, marketplace charges, foreign exchange costs, and other required amounts may be added where disclosed or required. The final amount shown or confirmed by the purchase channel controls.

3.3 CUE or the purchase channel may change a renewal price. Required advance notice will be provided, and consent will be requested where applicable law or marketplace rules require it. Continuing the subscription after the effective date of a properly disclosed change authorizes renewal at the new price.

3.4 A failed or declined payment may delay, suspend, or terminate paid access. CUE or the purchase channel may retry payment as permitted by the authorization and applicable rules.

4. Cancellation

4.1 Cancel through the same channel used to purchase. Apple subscriptions must be managed through Apple account settings. Google subscriptions must be managed through Google Play. Website subscriptions must be managed through the available account or billing portal or by contacting [email protected] for assistance.

4.2 Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Unless a refund or earlier termination is required, paid access continues until the end of the current paid term.

4.3 Deleting the CUE application, removing a payment method, or deleting a CUE account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel the subscription first through the purchase channel, then complete account deletion separately.

4.4 A cancellation is effective when confirmed by the applicable purchase channel. Users should retain the cancellation confirmation and verify that the subscription status shows no further renewal.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refunds are not guaranteed except where required by law or the applicable purchase channel. CUE reviews eligible website purchase requests individually and may consider the request date, purchase type, meaningful use, consumed credits, first use of a paid feature, technical failure, duplicate charge, fraud indicators, and other relevant circumstances.

5.2 For a website monthly plan, submit a request within seven days after the applicable charge. For a website semiannual or annual plan, submit a request within fourteen days after the applicable charge. These request windows permit review and do not create an unconditional refund right. Weekly plans, credit purchases, and other offers are governed by the terms shown at checkout and applicable law.

5.3 Verified repeated technical failure that materially prevents access to a purchased core feature may support a refund, credit, extension, or restoration of access. CUE may first attempt to diagnose and correct the problem.

5.4 Meaningful use may reduce or eliminate refund eligibility. Meaningful use may include sustained use of paid features, use of Garry AI after purchase, substantial database or report activity, consumption or redemption of credits, repeated voice or AI processing, downloads, or another use showing that the purchased value was received.

5.5 To request review of an eligible website purchase, email [email protected] with the account email, purchase channel, receipt or transaction identifier, purchase date, plan, reason, and relevant screenshots. CUE may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, ownership, and the charge.

5.6 Approved refunds are returned through the original purchase channel when available. Bank and marketplace processing time is outside CUE control. Any mandatory cooling off, cancellation, refund, or consumer remedy remains available according to applicable law.

6. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases

6.1 Apple and Google process, administer, and control purchases made through their marketplaces. Their terms, billing systems, cancellation methods, refund processes, and consumer protections apply in addition to this Policy.

6.2 CUE generally cannot cancel, modify, or directly refund an Apple or Google purchase. A user must submit a refund request to the marketplace through its official process. CUE may provide support or entitlement information, but the marketplace makes the refund decision.

6.3 If Apple or Google reverses, refunds, cancels, or invalidates a transaction, CUE may remove the related entitlement, credits, or access to prevent duplicate value, subject to applicable law.

7. Garry AI and other paid artificial intelligence access

7.1 Garry AI is a separate premium artificial intelligence experience and may be sold through a separate subscription, plan, or credit offer. It is not included with CUE Plus, Lifetime Membership, or another CUE plan unless the applicable offer expressly says otherwise.

7.2 Because Garry AI provides immediate digital processing and generated output, a purchase is generally nonrefundable after any paid Garry AI feature has been used, except where required by law or the applicable marketplace. Unused access remains subject to the refund review terms in Section 5.

7.3 Artificial intelligence availability, model selection, output speed, and processing cost may vary. CUE does not guarantee uninterrupted access, a specific provider or model, a fixed response length, or a fixed number of messages unless expressly stated at checkout.

8. Lifetime Membership

8.1 New sales of Lifetime Membership are scheduled to end on December 28, 2026. CUE may stop sales earlier or change offer availability before purchase, subject to applicable law. Ending new sales does not by itself terminate a valid existing Lifetime Membership.

8.2 Lifetime Membership means eligible access, for the commercial life of the applicable CUE platform, to the original core features expressly included in the Lifetime offer: Calculator, Calendar, and Search or Explore of the CUE database. Lifetime refers to the commercial life of the eligible CUE service, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

8.3 Lifetime Membership does not guarantee that CUE will operate forever or that every current or future feature will be included. CUEchats, Garry AI, voice, premium models, artificial intelligence services, and future products are not Lifetime entitlements unless expressly stated in the applicable written offer.

8.4 CUE may provide Lifetime members with limited artificial intelligence credits or other added benefits. These are discretionary added benefits, may have separate eligibility or confidentiality terms, and may be changed, limited, substituted, suspended, or discontinued.

8.5 Full Number Compatibility is an added benefit, not an original Lifetime core feature. Access may require acceptance of stricter confidentiality, intellectual property, use, and access terms. Unauthorized disclosure, reproduction, scraping, reverse engineering, or misuse may result in suspension or termination of that added benefit and other remedies under the Terms of Service.

8.6 If the applicable CUE platform is discontinued, sold, materially restructured, or can no longer be sustainably maintained, Lifetime access may end when the eligible service ends. Lifetime Membership is generally nonrefundable after meaningful use, except where required by law or CUE approves a remedy for a verified service issue.

9. CUE Credits and artificial intelligence credits

9.1 CUE Credits and artificial intelligence credits are limited digital entitlements. They have no cash value, are not legal tender, and are nontransferable and nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable offer.

9.2 CUE Plus and other plans may provide a credit allocation rather than a fixed number of messages. Credit consumption varies based on actual or estimated processing cost, model, feature, input and output size, voice usage, tool use, and other computing resources. Two requests may consume different amounts of credit.

9.3 CUE may set or adjust credit allocations, unit costs, usage rules, fair use controls, rate limits, expiration, and redemption methods. The applicable offer, account display, or feature notice will state material terms. Required notice or consent will be provided before a material change to a current paid entitlement.

9.4 Credits may expire only as disclosed in the applicable offer or account notice. Promotional, complimentary, trial, or goodwill credits may have different rules and may be revoked if issued in error, obtained through fraud, or used in violation of the Terms of Service.

9.5 Suspension, cancellation, refund, chargeback, expiration, or account termination may remove unused credits when permitted by law and the applicable offer. CUE may correct a credit balance affected by error, reversal, abuse, or invalid activity.

10. Trials and promotions

10.1 A trial may be free or paid and may include limited features, credits, or usage. The trial duration, price, conversion terms, and cancellation deadline shown at checkout control.

10.2 If a trial automatically converts to a paid subscription, the purchase channel will charge the disclosed price unless the user cancels before the stated deadline. Trial use may count as meaningful use for refund review.

10.3 CUE may limit trials and promotions by person, account, household, device, payment method, region, plan, referral source, or other reasonable eligibility criteria. Users are not entitled to repeated or overlapping trials.

10.4 Promotions, scholarships, discounts, and special offers may be modified or withdrawn before purchase. Once a purchase is completed, the confirmed offer terms govern that purchase. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

11. Payment processing, taxes, and security

11.1 Official payment providers may include Stripe for website purchases, Apple for App Store purchases, and Google for Google Play purchases. Other authorized providers may be identified at checkout.

11.2 CUE does not store complete credit card or bank account numbers. Payment providers process sensitive payment information under their own terms, security standards, and privacy practices.

11.3 The purchaser is responsible for applicable taxes, marketplace charges, foreign exchange costs, and payment provider fees except to the extent they are collected or absorbed by CUE or prohibited by law.

12. Chargebacks, reversals, and duplicate refunds

12.1 Contact [email protected] before initiating a payment dispute when practical so CUE can investigate a possible billing or access error.

12.2 A chargeback, payment reversal, refund, or failed payment may result in suspension or removal of the related plan, entitlement, credits, or access. CUE may provide transaction, access, usage, communication, and fraud prevention records to the payment provider or marketplace to respond to a dispute.

12.3 A user may not retain both a refund or reversal and the digital value purchased. If duplicate reimbursement occurs, CUE may revoke access, correct the account balance, or recover the duplicate amount to the extent permitted by law.

12.4 Fraudulent disputes, unauthorized payment activity, repeated refund abuse, or attempts to obtain service without payment may result in account restriction or termination and any lawful recovery action.

13. Delivery and account problems

13.1 If eligible access does not appear after a successful payment, contact [email protected]. Include the CUE account email, receipt or order confirmation, purchase channel, plan, transaction date, and screenshots that do not expose complete payment credentials.

13.2 CUE may verify the transaction, restore an entitlement, correct the account association where technically and contractually available, or direct the user to the purchase channel. CUE cannot guarantee transfer between Apple, Google, Stripe, or separate CUE accounts.

13.3 Users are responsible for maintaining account access, current contact information, secure credentials, compatible devices and software, and a supported internet connection. Access may be limited for fraud, abuse, account sharing, automated extraction, attempts to bypass limits, or another violation of the Terms of Service.

14. Service availability and fair use

14.1 CUE may perform maintenance, respond to outages, address security issues, change providers, or apply reasonable rate, cost, safety, regional, and technical limits. Temporary interruption does not automatically create a refund right, but CUE will provide any remedy required by law.

14.2 Access is for the account holder and permitted household or organizational users only as expressly stated in the plan. Sharing, resale, scraping, automated extraction, reverse engineering, circumvention of credit or usage controls, and commercial exploitation are prohibited under the Terms of Service.

16. Changes to this Policy

16.1 CUE may update this Policy as products, billing models, purchase channels, laws, and platform rules change. The revised Policy will display a new effective date.

16.2 CUE will provide notice of material changes through the application, email, website, checkout flow, or another reasonable method and will request acceptance or consent where required. A change will not retroactively remove a nonwaivable right or alter a completed purchase in a manner prohibited by law.
