CUE Cancellation Policy
How to stop renewal based on where you purchased
About this Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a recurring CUE subscription based on the original purchase channel. The purchase channel controls the cancellation path, billing administration, and in many cases the refund process.
This Policy forms part of the CUE Terms of Service and should be read with the CUE Fulfillment Policy and the terms shown at checkout. Nothing in this Policy limits a cancellation, refund, cooling off, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
1. Identify where you subscribed
1.1 Check the receipt, renewal email, bank statement, Apple subscriptions, Google Play subscriptions, or CUE account billing settings. The receipt usually identifies Apple, Google Play, Stripe, ASTRUMEROLOGY LLC, or CUE as the billing source.
1.2 Use the Apple process for a subscription billed by Apple, the Google Play process for a subscription billed by Google, and the CUE Store process for a website subscription billed directly by CUE through Stripe or another authorized website payment provider.
1.3 If you cannot identify the purchase channel, email [email protected] with the CUE account email, approximate charge date, amount, and a receipt or screenshot that does not show complete payment credentials.
2. Apple App Store subscriptions
Apple manages subscriptions purchased through the App Store. CUE generally cannot directly cancel, modify, or refund an Apple subscription.
How to cancel on iPhone or iPad
- Open the Settings application.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select CUE.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions.
If there is no cancellation button or Apple displays an expiration message, Apple may already show the subscription as cancelled. Confirm the expiration date and keep a screenshot or confirmation.

Apple refunds
Apple decides refund requests for Apple purchases. Sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase and submit the request through Apple. Refund eligibility varies by country, region, Apple policy, and applicable law.

3. Google Play subscriptions
Google manages subscriptions purchased through Google Play. Make sure you are signed in to the Google Account used for the purchase.
How to cancel through Google Play
- Open your subscriptions in Google Play.
- Select CUE.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions and confirm cancellation.
Uninstalling CUE does not cancel a Google Play subscription. After cancellation, Google generally allows access for the time already paid, subject to the plan and applicable rules.

Google Play refunds
Refund eligibility and the proper request path depend on Google Play policy, the time since purchase, location, applicable law, and the circumstances. Google may direct some requests to CUE after the marketplace review period.

4. CUE Store subscriptions
A subscription purchased directly at cuetheapp.com or another official CUE website is managed by CUE through Stripe or the payment provider identified at checkout.
How to cancel a CUE Store subscription
- Sign in to the CUE account associated with the purchase.
- Open account or billing settings.
- Select the active subscription.
- Complete the cancellation flow and save the confirmation.
If self service billing controls are unavailable, email [email protected] from the account email and request cancellation. Include the receipt or transaction identifier if available. A support request is complete when CUE confirms cancellation or provides the correct purchase channel instructions.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Access usually remains active until the end of the paid period unless CUE confirms an earlier termination, issues a refund, or applicable law requires another result.
Refund requests for CUE Store purchases are reviewed under the CUE Fulfillment Policy, the checkout terms, and applicable law. Accidental renewals may be considered when reported promptly and meaningful paid use is limited, but review does not guarantee a refund.
5. Trials, plan changes, and one time purchases
5.1 A free or discounted trial that converts into a paid subscription must be cancelled through the original purchase channel before the deadline shown at checkout. Apple recommends cancelling an Apple trial at least twenty four hours before it ends.
5.2 Changing to another plan does not necessarily cancel the original subscription. Follow the purchase channel flow and verify the resulting plan, charge, renewal date, and cancellation status.
5.3 Lifetime Membership, a one time credit purchase, or another nonrecurring purchase has no recurring renewal to cancel unless the offer expressly states otherwise. Refund eligibility remains governed by the Fulfillment Policy, purchase channel, checkout terms, and applicable law.
6. What cancellation does
6.1 Cancellation stops future automatic renewals once it becomes effective in the billing system.
6.2 Cancellation usually leaves paid access active until the end of the current billing period. A trial or special offer may end sooner if the purchase channel says so.
6.3 Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund, reverse a completed charge, delete the CUE account, erase personal information, or remove content associated with the account.
6.4 Unused CUE Credits or artificial intelligence credits remain subject to the plan, expiration, account status, Fulfillment Policy, and Terms of Service. They do not become cash upon cancellation.
7. Account deletion is separate
7.1 Deleting the CUE application does not cancel any subscription.
7.2 Deleting a CUE account does not automatically cancel an Apple, Google, Stripe, or other active subscription. Cancel the subscription through the purchase channel before requesting deletion.
7.3 Account deletion is governed by the CUE Privacy Policy. A user may use available account controls or contact [email protected] or [email protected] for deletion assistance.
8. Confirming cancellation
8.1 A cancellation is effective when the purchase channel confirms it. Keep the confirmation email, screenshot, cancellation date, and displayed expiration date.
8.2 If the subscription still shows a future renewal, repeat the official cancellation flow or contact the billing platform. A request sent to CUE does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription that CUE does not control.
8.3 If you are charged after receiving a valid cancellation confirmation, contact the billing platform or [email protected] with the confirmation and charge details. Do not send complete card or bank information.
9. Direct CUE purchases
9.1 Direct website purchasing may provide CUE account support, website billing controls, promotional pricing, or direct review of eligible billing issues. These features are not guaranteed and may vary by plan, region, eligibility, and checkout terms.
9.2 Pricing, taxes, fees, benefits, promotions, and refund rights may differ between Apple, Google Play, and the CUE Store. The terms displayed by the selected purchase channel apply to that transaction.
10. Contact
10.1 Cancellation assistance and billing questions: [email protected].
10.2 Formal legal notices and consumer law questions: [email protected].
10.3 Mail: CUE, ASTRUMEROLOGY LLC, 651 N Broad St STE 201, Middletown, Delaware 19709 6402, United States.
11. Changes to this Policy
11.1 CUE may update this Policy as purchase channels, billing systems, products, laws, and marketplace rules change. The revised Policy will display a new effective date.
11.2 CUE will provide notice of material changes through the application, email, website, checkout flow, or another reasonable method when required. A change will not retroactively remove a nonwaivable consumer right.
Summary of changes
- Cancel through the platform that billed you: Apple, Google Play, or the CUE Store; deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription (Sections 1 to 4 and 7).
- Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access active through the paid period; it does not by itself create a refund (Section 6).
- Step by step cancellation instructions for iPhone, Google Play, and the CUE Store are included, with links to the official Apple and Google pages (Sections 2 to 4).
- Trials must be cancelled before the deadline shown at checkout, and Lifetime or one time purchases have no renewal to cancel (Section 5).
