U.S. Constitution

Date 17 September 1787, a Monday.

The U.S. Constitution was signed on 17 September 1787 after months of debate at the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia. Its date carries 4 energy, associated in CUE with structure, systems and building. There is an unusually literal physical echo in the document itself: the signed Constitution consists of four parchment pages, and those pages establish the structure, powers and relationships of the new federal government. There is no evidence that the four page form was numerologically intentional, but the recurrence is real.

The Constitution then acquired additional identity layers. On 21 June 1788, New Hampshire became the ninth state to ratify it, reaching the threshold required by Article VII for its establishment among the ratifying states. That date itself totals 33, adding a secondary Master Number layer. Proceedings under the new constitutional system were set to begin on 4 March 1789.

Another important expansion followed on 15 December 1791, during a friendly Pig year for the Constitution’s Goat identity, when the Bill of Rights was ratified. The first ten amendments added explicit protections and limits to the framework rather than replacing the system created in 1787.

CUE: The Constitution’s clearest imprint is structure becoming a living framework. Its 4 appears in both the signing date and, symbolically, in the four page document itself. Later identity layers show that the framework did not remain fixed. Ratification activated it, government operation put it into practice, and the Bill of Rights expanded what it contained. The deeper pattern is not simply four as a number. It is structure designed to remain capable of being added to, interpreted and changed without losing the underlying framework.

Life Path, sun sign and Chinese sign are CUE's reading of the date, not scientific claims. They describe tendencies, never outcomes.
