X was introduced on July 24, 2023, giving the rebranded platform 11 energy, Cat energy, and Leo influence. The platform itself carries an older Twitter layer from March 21, 2006, when Jack Dorsey sent the first tweet, making X a new identity built on top of an existing social network rather than a company created from nothing.
The owner to brand relationship is especially strong. Elon Musk was born June 28, 1971, making him a Pig, one of Cat’s strongest friendly signs. The X identity therefore emerged as a Cat platform under a Pig owner, a naturally compatible pairing.
Musk then hired Linda Yaccarino as CEO in 2023 to oversee business operations while he focused on product and technology. Some public biographies place Yaccarino in 1963, which would also give her Cat energy, potentially creating an unusually literal Cat leader for a Cat brand, although her exact birth date should be treated as unconfirmed until stronger documentation is found.
Under Musk and Yaccarino, the platform expanded beyond short posts into longer video, creator monetization, AI through Grok, hiring tools, and broader commerce and payments ambitions. The transition therefore represented more than a logo change. It was an attempt to rebuild Twitter around an entirely different product vision.
CUE: X is a strong example of business compatibility operating across owner, brand, and potentially leadership. A Pig owner created a Cat identity, then selected a CEO publicly reported to also carry Cat year energy, placing the person responsible for business operations directly inside the brand’s own imprint. The Twitter origin remains underneath it, but the 2023 X rebrand created a distinct new energy and leadership structure built around reinvention.
