Converse began in Malden in February 1908, but no reliable source establishes an exact February founding day. Its strongest full CUE date is October 29, 1908, when Converse Rubber Shoe Co. was incorporated in Massachusetts. The date carries 30/3 with a Master 11 day, Monkey Eastern energy and Scorpio influence—matching founder Marquis Mills Converse's Scorpio sign. In friendly Rat year 1936, 28 years later, Converse outfitted the first U.S. Olympic basketball team and created the iconic red-and-blue-trimmed All Star.
